How can I help you exceed your goals?
With over 10 years of experience and having trained hundreds of athletes I am able to help you achieve and exceed your goals.

With my background as a strength and conditioning coach, powerlifter, and physiotherapy candidate, I am able to integrate my performance & rehab knowledge into a program that includes injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance optimization for your specific needs.
​
This reduces your risk of injury and increases the longevity of your lifting career. If injuries do occur, I will be right there by your side to assist with a collaborative rehab plan.

Online coaching includes a individualized training program based on: desired training frequency, goals, experience level, preferences, strengths & weaknesses, body composition, previous injuries, and sport or recreational activities.
​
I use WhatsApp to assist with daily communicate via messages, voice memos, and videos in order to review your lifting technique, answer your questions, and make adjustments to the program when needed.
​
The workout programs are delivered through Google Sheets (or alternative options when desired) which allows efficient tracking and data analysis. You can download the Sheets app on your smart phone in order to have easy access at the gym.
​
Weekly check-ins can be scheduled when desired to allow me to answer questions week-to-week that may not be addressed in the daily communication provided. This allows me to optimize your program to fully meet your needs.
